Available as a pay-per-incident, or as discounted prepaid cards on our online store, our TechieLink services come with our TechieLink Guarantee - if we're not able to help with your issue, if we have to send someone out to resolve it, or if you have to bring your computer into our shop, we don't charge for the phone support call.

You can choose to purchase Phone Support "per-incident," using TechieLink Cards, or as a monthly cost as part of our Tech Managed Services. TechieLink Cards are not only cheaper on a per-incident basis, but they also guarantee a callback within 90 business minutes or 4 business hours depending on the card purchased. You can purchase them on our online store.

For more effective remote support options, look at our Managed Macs managed services package, which include remote support, phone services, maintenance, and options for onsite service all into one easy monthly cost. Using our innovative TSP Managed Mac application, our managed services allow our contract customers to have remote support anywhere.

Afterhours phone support also is provided as part of our Managed Mac package, but unfortunately, it is not available for per-incident purchase.
