You can choose to purchase Phone Support "per-incident," using TechieLink Cards, or as a monthly cost as part of our Tech Managed Services. TechieLink Cards are not only cheaper on a per-incident basis, but they also guarantee a callback within 90 business minutes or 4 business hours depending on the card purchased.

For more effective remote support options, look at our Managed Machines managed services package, which include remote support, phone services, maintenance, and options for onsite service all into one easy monthly cost. Using our innovative TSP Managed Machine application, our managed services allow our contract customers to have remote support anywhere.

Afterhours phone support also is provided as part of our Managed Machines package, but unfortunately, it is not available for per-incident purchase.
