Repairs Discount
If Tech Superpowers is repairing your laptop, we’ll rent you a replacement for $99, for as long as we have your repair. (Data transfer is not included.)

Rental Terms and Conditions
Deposit: A deposit for the full new replacement cost of the equipment is required, typically secured with a pre-approval of a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards, with a valid driver’s license.

Rates: All prices listed are calculated on a 24-hour basis. Weekly rates are three times the daily rate. Monthly rates are three times the weekly rate. Contact us for extended rental rates. A weekend rental is billed at a one-day rate.

Shipping: Rental begins when item is shipped. The renter is responsible or all shipping fees.

Pick-up and Return Times: Equipment is available for pickup at, or will ship from Tech Superpowers after 3pm the day before rental. Equipment must be returned to Tech Superpowers by 10am Mon-Fri, or 12:30 weekends, the day following the rental.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations with less than 24hrs. notice will be charged 1/2 the normal day rental fee.

Insurance: Renters accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to rental equipment. Insurance coverage is the responsibility of the renter. Proof of adequate coverage for the full replacement value of the equipment
may be required prior to rental.

Spare Lamp and Policy: Spare lamps are provided where needed. There will be a charge for missing or broken lamps.

Prices are subject to change without notification. All rentals are subject to availability of equipment.
