"My machine died 30 minutes before I was to give a talk at BU and 3 hours before I was to teach a class. Time was of the essence. I first went to [a competitor] because they were closer and parking was easier. They refused to provide a machine to use while mine was fixed (free or rental). They suggested that I could buy a new machine to use in the interim. I will not go there again. I then called Tech Superpowers in Boston as I drove to their store. They were ready and waiting for me. They did everything they could to get me another machine move my files over and get me on my way quickly. I was on my way back to my car within an hour of discovering the problem. That was Wednesday at 4pm Friday my machine was repaired. Of course life would have been even better if it had never happened. But given it did these guys really came through."
