"Allyson was very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and professional to a "non-techie" like me - here's a recommendation I gave to a friend of mine (who will be buying an iPad2 very soon) earlier today:

'I'm also gonna write a quick note to the Manager of the associate who helped me out at the place I purchased my iPad. She spent close to 2 hours with me the first day, and another hour the 2nd day. I'd like to hire her here. I may not have bought this thing otherwise.

The associate's name was Allyson Lynch, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, took care of all the things I needed - and I needed a lot, including how to set it up at home, how to set up new e-mail accounts, she updated and registered my iPhone for me, and transferred the apps on my phone to the iPad, even though I didn't buy the phone from her.

Incredibly different from any service I've ever received at a Best Buy type of place. I probably could have 'saved money' at a box store, but there is no way I would have been in such good shape leaving the store. Well worth it.' "
