Managed Machines is a complete package of phone, remote, and optional after hours support. Each service is layered on the other, providing a natural, quick, and effective way for your staff to resolve technical issues without having to go to different companies.

Easy Packages and Predictable Pricing

Our Managed Machines service is created with choice in mind. Find the right package for the level of service that you need, then figure out the price based on the number of systems that you want covered. It's that simple.

Our most affordable package is our Level 1 Reactive Plan, which gives you essential support services for a low monthly cost. For a little bit more, the Level 2 Proactive Plan includes additional maintenance, monitoring, and better response times. Finally, our top-of-the-line Level 3 Full Support Plan gives you all of the features of the other levels with additional support of specialty applications for design or video production.

Managed Machines packages are priced using a simple per workstation and server pricing structure. Simply select the plan that you are looking for on the left, then multiply the number of workstations or servers by the number on the right. That's your monthly cost for Managed Machines.

You can even mix and match levels of service between servers and workstations. Would you like reactive service for your workstations, but proactive and afterhours support for your server? No problem!

Types of Support

  • Workstation and Server Support
    We provide service for everyday administrative workstations all the way up to production servers. For every level of service needed, we've got the techies that can help with your critical systems.
  • Tier 1 Phone Support
    Every one of your users can call a "help-desk" where friendly people take calls to help users figure out everyday problems. Just call, email, or iChat and we'll respond back. In some packages, you'll even get a dedicated phone number to call for support.
  • Remote Support
    If we can't figure it out over the phone, we can control your machine remotely in order to try various solutions or execute more complex tasks that are difficult for non-technical folks to do. Our industry-leading TSP Managed Machine Application makes it easy.
  • Design and Video Application Support
    Many companies stop their support where their product ends. Not us. Tech Superpowers can optionally provide support for complex applications like Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and Quark Xpress. We won't teach you how to use them, but we will fix them when they break.

Regular Maintenance

  • Backup Inspection
    How do you know that your backups will be there when you need them? With our proactive service, we’ll check your backups weekly and send you reports of their status, what they’ve backed up, and what they haven’t. Then we’ll fix a broken backup using remote tools, if possible.
  • Maintenance and Updates
    Regular updates are an optional part of our Managed Machines. We'll perform monthly updates remotely and after hours so that your computers are always up to date with little interruption to your workflow.
  • Inventory and Asset Tracking
    With our proactive service, we'll keep track of all of your Mac technology assets - hardware, software, and licenses. Not sure if you have a serial number for a new employee? We'll know!

Benefits of Managed Machines

  • Priority Onsite Service
    If we run into a problem that requires an onsite visit and you have our Proactive Managed Machines package, you get priority scheduling. That means that we'll reschedule any future appointment to put you in the queue. (Service only available in New England)
  • Priority Hardware Service
    If you have a computer that needs repair and it's one of the Managed systems, your repair gets "bumped" to the front of the line. The equivalent of a our $99 priority fee, this enables you to get the fastest diagnostic and repair of any broken hardware.
  • Dedicated Phone Number
    When you have a problem, you'll call in with your dedicated phone number. That will make sure that all calls from your company will be automatically routed to your support team who knows who you are, even when you're on the road.
  • Fonality PBX Support - For Free
    Have a Fonality PBX Phone System from us? We'll also provide Fonality remote support at no extra charge with our Proactive Managed Machines service. That includes changes to the directory, help with setting up new call menus, and much more.
  • Simple Pricing
    Our Managed Machines service is priced using a simple monthly schedule. Count your workstations and servers, pick your options, and you'll get a simple monthly bill that includes all of your services.

Managed Machines is a contract-based service, requiring an initial evaluation contract of 90 days. If you're satisfied with the services that you've been getting at the end of this period, then you sign up for a yearly contract.

Some packages require a startup fee, which varies depending on the number of machines that are being covered. This covers the onsite inventory and setup of your account.
