Onsite Consulting - Normal Projects
Flat rate of £80 per hour. £800 day rate. 1-hour minimum charge for all visits. After-hours onsite rates are £120 per hour.

Onsite Consulting - Special Projects
Other projects, including those requiring specific skills, like Colour Management, Server Support and Installation, SAN implementations, or IT Process Management are billed on a project basis.

Phone and Remote Support
£15 for simple issues requiring phone support only. Remote support is billed at £80 per hour. Unlimited phone and remote support available as part of Managed Macs.

Hardware and Software Sales
We will make all efforts to match other resellers.
