On the early morning of Monday, January 4th, 2010, we corrected an error on our hosting junk mail filter which would increase the likelihood of a legitimate message being marked as junk mail.
The bug did not mean that all legitimate email was labelled as junk mail. However, it did increase the likelihood if the message also matched other rules which indicated that it "may" be junk mail.
This bug was triggered at the start of 2010, so we recommend any users who expected to receive legitimate email between midnight of 1/1/2010 and 4AM 1/4/2010 (Eastern Time) to check their webmail to make sure nothing was falsely labeled as junk mail.
To check your webmail for junk mail messages, please follow the directions below:
Go to: http://pop.techsuperpowers.com
Type in your entire email address and password and Log In.
Click on the "Junkmail" mailbox along the left. Listed in the Junkmail mailbox will be all emals that have been filtered by our Spam Filtering Service. NOTE: if your Junkmail box has more than a 1000 messages, this may take a little while to load.
