Access for Persons with Disabilities

TSP is committed to providing excellent service to all our customers and clients, including those with physical disabilities.

Our location for In-House Service drop offs and pickups as well as our Digilounge is below street level, with a dozen steps leading down to our outside door and no elevator access. If you are physically disabled and require aid in accessing our facility, please call at least 30 minutes prior to your arrival during business hours and speak with a staff member. Please do not leave a message and note the name of the staff member who you have talked to. Unfortunately, unless we are notified in advance, our resources limit our ability to assist those with physical disabilities without prior notification.

For those disabled customers that require a service pickup or drop off, Tech Superpowers provides a complimentary pickup or drop off service in the Boston city area. In addition, for physically disabled persons, we waive our usual on-site travel fees for onsite technical work within the 30 miles of our location. Contact us for more information.

For Apple authorized service, the nearest Apple Store with disabled access is the Boylston Street.

Unfortunately, we do not know of any nearby Internet Cafés with easy access for persons with disabilities.
